Pacific County receives many reusable items at its Household Hazardous Waste Facility, such as unopened or nearly full containers of reusable roofing tars, adhesives, joint compounds, and other materials. These items are available to the public at no charge but each customer must complete a Waste Exchange Release form. The materials are located at our HHWF and can be picked up Fridays, May - September, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. |

We also provide a place on our website to post materials that your business/home may generate that would otherwise be considered waste. Our goal by doing this is to keep reusable materials out of the landfill by making this information accessible to the public. Below is a listing of materials available. This listing will include the contact information, which will allow you to directly contact the business for inquiries or pick up.

Please note that we may choose to not post certain materials. This judgment will be left to our discretion. We are not willing to list any unsafe items including pesticides, lead-based paint, creosote and other environmentally hazardous products. This program has many benefits:
